Our Cancellation Policy

  • Prior to Booking

    Kindly note, that we operate a 48 hour cancellation policy. If you DO NOT give 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule your appointment, you will be charged.

    If you cannot make your appointment you can always reschedule or cancel on the booking link or through messaging us.

  • Late

    If you are more than 15 minutes late for your appointment time, it will be harder to accommodate your service.

    So please arrive on time to your appointment to ensure your hair goals are met.

  • Deposits

    Please note all deposits are non refundable and non transferable. If you wish to reschedule an appointment you must let us know 48 hours before your appointment time to avoid penalties. If you leave a deposit and do not give us notice or do not show up you will lose your deposit. If you let us know 48 hours prior, we can move the deposit with the appointment.

    There are NO REFUNDS on any DEPOSITS and/or SERVICES.
